Claude is brilliant at the work. It just has no idea whose work it’s doing. So you either set the scene every single time (who you are, what you sell, who it’s for, again), or you take what comes back and quietly rewrite most of it.

What you’re actually building
It’s called your Business Brain. A folder of plain files on your own computer that holds everything Claude needs to know about you: what you sell and who buys it, who you’re for and the words they actually use, how you work, how you want to sound, and your own story.
Claude reads from it at the start of every chat, and it can update it too. So when something in your business changes, you change it once, and every chat after that picks it up. No more scrolling back through old chats going “I KNOW I told you this.”
The Handover is a build-along. You set yours up alongside me, start to finish, in one sitting. And you’re not installing my system. Claude interviews you (one or two questions at a time, so it feels a lot more like a chat than a pop quiz) and builds yours around your business, with you saying yes to every part of it.

I built mine because I needed it
I used to keep my business in Claude projects. One for each part of it, loaded up with my courses, my old answers and how I like things done. At first it was great. But my business kept changing… and those files didn’t. Because who actually goes back and updates their project files every week? (Not me. Not once.)
So I rebuilt it as a Business Brain, and it’s what I use every single day to plan, write and make everything you see from me. Including this page.
Now I’m making sure it works just as well on a business that isn’t mine. The whole build happens on Molly, a made-up business coach who sells different things to different people and writes nothing like I do. Because a system that quietly turns you into me would be no better than one that turns you into everyone else in your industry.
Questions you might have
When does it open?
As soon as it’s been properly tested on businesses that aren’t mine. I’m not putting a date on it until then, because I’d rather it works on yours than goes out on time. The waitlist hears first, before I say a word anywhere else.
Is it a course?
It’s a build-along. You watch me do each step, then do the same on your own business as you go. So by the end you’ve actually built something, not just watched me build mine.
I’m not very techy. Will I be able to do this?
Yes. We’ll be using Claude Code to set it up, but you don’t need to know a single line of code. If you can talk or type into a chat, you can do this. I show every step on screen, from installing the app onwards.
What about everything I’ve already told Claude or ChatGPT?
It’s not wasted. There’s an extra section for anyone who’s already been building context, on how to organise what you’ve got into your Business Brain, so you’re not starting again. And once it’s in there, it lives in plain files on your own computer. Yours, and no account can hold them hostage.
Which Claude plan do I need?
A paid one, Pro or above, because Claude Code isn’t on the free plan. If you’re not on Claude yet, no need to switch before joining the waitlist. You’ll only need it on the day you build.
